About Julie Daniluk

After graduating from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, Julie became co-operative owner of one of Canada’s largest health food stores, The Big Carrot. As an in-store nutritionist she teaches workshops on immunity, the anti-inflammatory menu, integrating allergy-free options into daily life, healing from digestive disorders and cooking for detoxification.


Julie is best known for her humourous “busted” segments on several television networks (including W Network, Slice Network and The Fine Living Network) where she spontaneously surprises diners with a complete nutritional analysis of their favorite foods.

 

As W Network.com’s official online nutritionist, she answers nutrition questions from viewers across North America. She enjoys offering entertaining and informative answers for why we crave certain foods and suggesting alternative holistic ways to improve health.
